Rockport Police beat: OUI, speeding, insurance violations

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Aug. 30-Sept. 16. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Aug. 30

    William Hollyday, 26, of Union, was charged by Sgt. Jim Moore with operating under the influence, violating condition of release.

    Anna Crossman, 32, of Camden, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor with inspection violation.

    Aug. 31

    Cole Finton, 23, of Meadville, Pa., was issued a summons by Moore for speeding 59 mph in a 35 mph zone.

    Patricia McLean, 59, of Camden, was issued a summons by Moore for speeding 51 mph in a 35 mph zone.

    Timothy Jayne, 44, of Pitman, N.J., was issued a summons by Taylor for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.

    Sept. 1

    Nathaniel Atwell, 37, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Taylor for speeding 45 mph in a 30 mph zone.

    Sept. 2

    Amanda Carter, 22, of Union, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.

    Sept. 4

    Christopher Clark, 33, of Appleton, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.

    Sept. 6

    Jesemial Chauvin, 40, of Knox, was issued a summons by Taylor for operating after suspension.

    Sept. 7

    Kimberly C. Kinne, 55, of Nobleboro, was issued a summons by Taylor for speeding 49 mph in a 35 mph zone.

    Sept. 9

    Scott A. Cooley , 32, of Washington, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for insurance violation.

    Sept. 10

    Gareth W. Gordon, 50, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Office Jacob Powers for speeding 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.

    Sept. 14

    Daphanie Blackler, 41, of Warren, was issued a summons by Taylor for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle.

    Sept. 15

    John Ponte, 47, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Taylor for failure to register motor vehicle.

    Sept. 16

    Rachel Minkovitz, 21, of Wilmington, Del., was issued a summons by Powers for speeding 45 mph in a 35 zone.

    Nathan D. Wyman, 28, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.
