Rockport Police beat: Arrest warrants, burglary, operating after suspension

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity Aug. 1-17. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    Aug. 1

    Timothy Ricker, 35, of Liberty, was charged by Officer Tony Del Vecchio with violating a condition of release.

    Aug. 3

    Adam Doherty, 35, of Rockport, was arrested by Officer Jacob Powers on warrants.

    Anthony McKechnie, 39, of Union, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for insurance violation.

    Aug. 8

    Jeremiah Chauvin, 41, of Knox, was charged by Officer Travis Ford with burglary of a motor vehicle, violating a condition of release and theft.

    Aug. 9

    Kelsea Anderson, 33, of Rye, N.H., was issued a summons by Taylor for failure to stop at stop sign.

    Aug. 11

    Charles Frattini, 58, of Thomaston, was charged by Taylor with operating after suspension.

    Aug.13

    Shawn Sabins, 36, of Waldoboro, was arrested by Ford on a warrant.

    Aug. 17

    Joanne Gilmartin, 63, of Newcastle, was issued a summons by Taylor for expired registration under 150 days.
