Rockport Police beat: Arrest warrant, inspection violations, towing unregistered trailer

    ROCKPORT — Rockport police reported the following activity April 18-May 8. An arrest or summons does not apply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.

    April 18

    William Galloway, 52, of Hope, was issued a summons by Sgt. Jim Moore for operating an unregistered motor vehicle for more than 150 days.

    Griffith Gavin Deeker, 20, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Moore for inspection violation.

    April 19

    Damian A. Winchenbach, 23, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Officer Chris Taylor for operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration for more than 150 days.

    Donna Winslow, 60, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons by Taylor for seat belt violation.

    April 21

    Benjamin Whitney, 38, of Thomaston, was issued a summons by Taylor for towing an unregistered trailer.

    Logan G. Marshall, 25, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.

    April 22

    Devon J. Gross, 21, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Taylor inspection violation, operating after suspension, unpaid fines.

    Patrick F. Hanley, 26, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Taylor for inspection violation.

    April 25

    Daigen Pierpont, 18, of Cushing, was issued a summons by Officer Travis Ford for failure to maintain control of motor vehicle.

    April 26

    Kevin Stanely, 52, of Rockport, was arrested by Taylor on a warrant.

    April 28

    Joseph Flynn, 36, of Rockport, was issued a summons by Moore for operating after recovation, violating conditions of release, displaying suspended license.

    Thomas M. Kunn, 21, of Union, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation, expired registration.

    Logan Marshall, 25, of Old Orchard Beach, was issued a summons by Taylor for inspection violation.

    May 2

    Callie B. Saulniers, 29, of Jefferson was issued a summons by Ford for speeding 30 mph in a 15 mph zone.

    May 4

    Joshua Olmsted, 21, of Ellsworth, was issued a summons by Taylor for insurance violation.

    Richard A. Whitman, 55, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Officer Tony Del Vecchio for speeding 49 mph in a 40 mph zone.

    May 5

    Katie A. Coleman, 38, of Bucksport, was issued a summons by Taylor for failure to notify Secretary of State of address change.

    May 8

    Coree Allison Phelps, 36, of Rockland, was issued a summons by Del Vecchio for failure to register motor vehicle within 30-150 days.
