ROCKLAND —Join the Rockland Comprehensive Plan committee for another community conversation about the City’s Comprehensive Plan update, and to help think about Rockland’s future, Saturday, Sept. 21, at 9 a.m., at the Flanagan Community Center.
The City is in the process of updating its existing Comprehensive Plan – a land use planning document that provides goals and strategies for Rockland’s future. A comprehensive plan is a roadmap to help a community ensure its growth and development is consistent with a shared vision.
