Rockland Planning Board to consider Oceanside High School cafeteria addition, Main Street sculpture
The Rockland Planning Board convenes Tuesday, Jan. 16, at 5:15 p.m. to consider landscaping for Lincoln Street Center, a short-term rental application, a new sculpture, “East,” for Main Street, and an application for a cafeteria/kitchen addition for Oceanside High School.

IV. Old Business: 1. Review unfinished landscaping requirements from previously approved site plan PB 13-13 for Mario Abaldo dba Lincoln Street Center at 24 Lincoln St (Tax Map 24-D-4).
V. New Business: 1. Review an application and site plan (STR18-4) submitted by Kevin Lombardi and Melanie Devoe for short term rental of a non-owner occupied single family dwelling whole house rental at 87 Pleasant St. (Tax Map 47-C-6).
2. Review an application and site plan (PB 18- 8) submitted by 449 Main St LLC at 449 Main St for a new sculpture (EAST) that will be approximately 9'-7" tall, 2'0"wide and 1'8" deep. (Tax Map #4-B-10)
3. Review an application and site plan (PB18-7) submitted by WBRC Architects for Regional School Unit #13 at Oceanside High School located at 400 Broadway to construct a 8,200-square-foot, one-story cafeteria/kitchen addition (7600 sf) and a two story elevator addition (600 sf).(Tax Map 40-A-6).
