ROCKLAND — After opening for the season less than a week ago, on March 27, the Rockland Golf Club announced April 1 the facility would be temporarily closing up shop amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The facility will be closed until further notice, effective at the close of business April 1, a statement from Rockland Golf Club read.
“We will let you know whenever there are any updates,” a post to Facebook stated.
The change in plans comes hours ahead of a stay at home mandate from Gov. Janet Mills begins shortly after midnight April 2.
