ROCKLAND — All dogs that have reached the age of 6 months, or have been in your family for more than 10 days, must be licensed annually with the City of Rockland before December 31 of each year.

Dogs can be registered at Rockland City Hall and owners must show a current rabies vaccination card. The fee is $6 if the dog is spayed/neutered or $11 if not fixed.

Please register your dog for the coming year before January 31 to avoid a $25 late fee. Owners in violation of the ordinance can be summonsed/fined for the violation after February 1.
