TENANTS HARBOR —The St. George Business Alliance (SGBA) will host Port Clyde resident Robert T. Kelley, Ph.D., as guest speaker for its monthly membership meeting on Tuesday, March 20. The meeting begins at 5 p.m. at the St. George Town Office, 3 School Street, Tenants Harbor. The public is invited to attend.

Kelley spearheaded the formation of the St. George Community Development Corporation (CDC) in 2017. His presentation will update SGBA members and St. George residents on the organization's successes to date, its challenges, its current projects and future priorities. The CDC's mission is "to help make the town of St. George and its villages livable for all residents." Its vision is to create a resilient, caring community that comes together to solve problems and take collective actions that support and protect both the heritage and future of the St. George community.

Kelley is a business leader and entrepreneur focused on enabling innovation through technology and on nurturing and growing emerging companies. He is a co-founder of LiquidHub, a global digital technology consultancy. He has served on the boards of several non-profits and on the board of two Maine startups—Dream Local Digital, LLC, and Abierto Networks, LLC.

The SGBA is a local non-profit trade association of businesses, individuals, civic and non-profit organizations whose mission is to promote business and cultural prosperity in St. George.
