CAMDEN —  The Restorative Justice Program is looking for mentors for their youth in Community Resolution Program and for residents at the Belfast Reentry Center. If you might like to spend an hour a week helping someone have a second chance, attend an information session Tuesday, Jan. 9, from 5:30-8 p.m. at the First Congregational Church in Camden. A light supper will be provided.

If you like what you hear, join RJP for the rest of the training sessions on Tuesdays, Jan. 16, Jan. 23, Jan. 30, and Feb. 6 from 5:30-8 p.m. The additional sessions will be potluck suppers.

The Restorative Justice Project promotes fundamental change in the justice system and schools, seeking accountability and reintegration of offenders, support and healing for victims, and renewal and safety for communities.

Plan to attend all sessions if you would like to mentor. If you cannot come to one session, let us know and we can schedule a make-up. For more information or to RSVP, contact Hanlon Kelly at hanlon@rjpmidcoast.org or call 338-2742, ext. 101.
