Boo, the therapy dog at Appleton Library, will be available Saturday, Dec. 13, from 1 - 4 p.m., to be read to by a child, or to sit and cuddle with while a parent reads to children who are not yet independent readers. 

This event is designed to give children a stress-free environment where they can practice their reading skills with someone who loves to listen, according to the Library, in a news release.
