Quarry Hill program helps downsizers tackle clutter
CAMDEN — Anticipating a shift to smaller digs? Faced with the daunting task of cleaning out a relative’s home? Preparing to put your house on the market, or just wanting to rid yourself of excess “baggage”?
If you’re age 50-plus and facing a mountain of clutter, sign up for “Downsizing Made Easy” — the next event in Quarry Hill’s Adventures in Living Well series — Wednesday, March 20, from 10:30 a.m. to noon, at the Anderson Inn at Quarry Hill in Camden.
Professional organizers Kim Dorsky and Liz Pattison, owners of SimplySized Home, specialize in helping people get through the challenging and often emotional process of downsizing with bodies, minds and spirits intact.
Their presentation will include tips and strategies designed to help downsizers plan, simplify, and expedite the sorting/decluttering process.
All Adventures in Living Well programs are free of charge, but advance registration is required. To sign up for the March program, call Quarry Hill at 921-6116 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
