WARREN — Join Georges River Land Trust on Sunday, July 12, for a group paddle along the St. George. The paddle will begin and end at Warren town center, lasting about two hours total. Afterwards, head to St. George Pizza in Warren for pizza, ice cream, and drinks – partial proceeds from your meal will support the land trust’s conservation and education efforts.

Participants should bring their own kayak, canoe, or paddleboard. Personal flotation devices are required. Dogs who enjoy paddles are welcome. Families are welcome.

10 a.m. - 12 p.m. - Paddle with Georges River Land Trust from Warren, down towards Thomaston, and back.

12 - 2 p.m. - Enjoy lunch at St. George Pizza in Warren; partial proceeds from your meal will benefit the land trust.

Georges River Land Trust has been conserving and caring for the St. George River watershed since 1987. The land trust has conserved over 5,600 acres of forest, farm, and shoreline, and maintains over 80 miles of public trails in 19 towns from Montville to Cushing.
