Pilots Association captain to share experiences at Apprenticeshop
ROCKLAND — Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a pilot? The Apprenticeshop, will host Captain Eugene Reil for An All Weather Operation: The Ins and Outs of Being a Harbor Pilot, Wednesday, Jan. 16, at 6 p.m.
Reil worked for the Sandy Hook Pilots Association for 43 years, steering ships safely in and out of New York Harbor, according to a news release. Come hear him share his experiences and learn a little more about the profession.
There is a suggested donation of $10 for entrance to the lecture.
