WATERVILLE — The Pen Bay seventh and eighth grade girls lacrosse team had a strong showing at the Tegenhondi Tournament at Waterville’s Colby College on Sunday, May 19.

The local squad recorded three victories, including a pair of nail-biters against Cony and Windham. 

Below are the results from each of the games. 

Pen Bay 5, Cony 4

Scoring for Pen Bay were Bella Ward (two goals), Jaden Johnson (one), Marley LeBel (one) and Maddie Pascal (one). 

Roo Boetsch recorded two saves as Pen Bay goalie. 

Pen Bay 10, Bangor 3

Scoring for Pen Bay were Charlotte Delehey (two goals), Johnson (goal, two assists), LeBel (goal, two assists), Lucy Cohen (one), Ward (one), Pascal (one), Gwen Miller (one), Mya Simmons (one) and Britta Denny (one). 

Boetsch collected three saves as Pen Bay goalie. 

Pen Bay 7, Windham 5

Scoring for Pen Bay were Cohen (one goal), Johnson (two), Ward (two), Denny (one) and LeBel (one). 

Boetsch tallied eight saves as Pen Bay goalie.
