The eighth annual Megunticook Lake Concert will take place August 14 (rain date August 15), and the public is invited to attend via personal water craft — boats, canoes, kayaks, sailboards....

The concert, featuring Pat Colwell and the Soul Sensations, is an event attended by water-access only. The concert takes place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at 44°14.71’N 69°6.01’W

Bog Bridge, Gypsy Landing and Barrett’s Cove offer boat launches to the lake. Costumes and boat decorations are encouraged.
