BELMONT — Nancy W. Jordan, 74, of Belmont, passed away on June 28, 2022 in Rockport. She was born in Morrill, Maine on September 12, 1947 to Frank and Nadine (Thompson) Brown.

Nancy lost her long courageous battle with Aphasia and Dementia on June 28, 2022.

In 1964 she married Richard Woodbury and had three wonderful children, Shaun, Rick and Julie. Her children were her pride and joy and they were always loved unconditionally.

In 1998 she married Kevin Jordan, of Belmont. Their lives were filled with love and laughter every day.

Nancy was an extremely hard worker. She worked for 30 years for the Maine State Job Service before proudly retiring in 2005.

Nancy was a giving soul who would give her last penny to anyone she felt needed it, with no strings attached. Nancy got great joy and treasured her pets, Annie, Abby and Lexi, the dogs; and Katie, her cat.

She is survived by her husband Kevin Jordan; children Shaun Woodbury and wife Melissa, Richard Woodbury and wife Christina, Julie Saitto; granddaughters Kristen, Morgan, Meghan, Chelsea, Reyna and Carmen; stepchildren Kelly Skehan and Kory Jordan; and many brothers and sisters.

She is predeceased by her parents, Richard Woodbury; father of her children; brothers Raymond and Laurence; sisters Ginger and Maryanne; and stepson Kris Jordan.

We would like to thank Hospice Care and the Sussman House and private home care for their care of our mother.
 
A graveside service will be held for immediate family in the near future. A celebration of life will be held at the Searsmont Community Center on July 30, 2022, at 1 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Nancy's name to the animal shelter of your choice or Alzheimers research are preferred.
