THOMASTON — American Legion Williams-Brazier Post 037 will hold its next to-go supper on August 1. It will continue the series of curbside meals that Post 37 has been holding since May. This will follow the same procedures as in past suppers and all coronavirus state guidelines will be followed.
August will see Post 37 host 3 to-go suppers in the month, to celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the Post and the Auxiliary’s Unit 37. On August 1, a meatloaf supper will be provided while the monthly baked bean supper will be provided on August 15. Another spaghetti supper will be provided on August 29.
Each meal will be packed in “to go” boxes and placed into a bag for carry-out. Patrons can drive/walk to the front of the Legion Hall, order a meal(s) and pay for it. A Legion member will retrieve the order and take it back to the patron.
Doors open at 5 p.m.
