AUGUSTA — Maine State Police Troop D reported the following activity May 17 - 25. Troop D is responsible for Maine's Midcoast, including Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox counties, the southern half of Kennebec County, and part of northern Cumberland County. The troop also patrols Interstate 295, from Brunswick to Gardiner. The troop's complement includes a lieutenant, three sergeants, 25 troopers, and a secretary. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

May 18

Darrell Wilson, 36, of Pittston, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and an inspection sticker violation on Route 201 in Pittston. 

Robert Vellaro, 44, of Belmont, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release. 

Chantal Hindman, 32, of Belmont, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release.

May 21

Douglas Balestrieri, 64, of Lisbon, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on I-295 in Gardiner. 

May 22

Douglas Conway, 60, of Rockland, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Old County Road in Rockland. 

Alicia Lund, 36, of Waldoboro, was arrested for possession of schedule W drugs in Rockland. 

Joseph Lewis, 39, of Waldoboro, was arrested for violating a condition of release in Rockland. 

Henry Watson, 20, of Warren, was arrested for possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and violating a condition of release in Rockland. 

Chad Cooper, 21, of Exeter, was issued a summons for criminal speed on I-295 in Bowdoinham. 

Skylee Middleton, 19, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Route 3 in Palermo. 

Gage Gagnon, 23, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating after revocation and false attachment of plates on Turner Ridge Road in Somerville.
