Maine State Police Troop D blotter

    AUGUSTA — AUGUSTA — Maine State Police Troop D reported the following activity Nov. 4-14. Troop D is responsible for Maine's Midcoast, including Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox counties, the southern half of Kennebec County, and part of northern Cumberland County. The troop also patrols Interstate 295, from Brunswick to Gardiner. The troop's complement includes a lieutenant, three sergeants, 25 troopers, and a secretary. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

    Nov. 4

    Crystal Cunningham, 29, of Belfast, was arrested for aggravated trafficking of schedule W drugs, operating after suspension, and false attachment of plates in Frankfort. 

    Donald Resh, 44, of Searsport, was arrested on four active warrants, four counts of violating conditions of release, aggravated furnishing of schedule D drugs on Pomeroy Lane in Searsport.

    Samantha Brown, 41, of Swanville, was arrested for possession of schedule W drugs, possession of schedule Z drugs, violating conditions of release, and hindering apprehension on Pomeroy Lane in Searsport. 

    Miguel Mercado, 33, was arrested for possession of schedule W drugs on Pomeroy Lane in Searsport. 

    Nov. 5

    Stephen Boyle, 49, of Northport, was arrested on a warrant and for four counts of violating conditions of release on Rocky Road in Searsport. 

    Stacy Hughes, 46, of Northport, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Rocky Road in Searsport. 

    Nov. 6

    Stephanie Coutu, 26, of Troy, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Detroit Road in Troy. 

    Nov. 7

    Rodney Damon, 40, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for possession of schedule W drugs and two counts of violating conditions of release on Damon Road in Stockton Springs. Evidence of deer poaching was located at the residence and Damon reportedly admitted to the hunting offense. The Maine Warden Service was called and Damon was charged with failure to register a deer and hunting over bait. 

    Gail Curtis, 36, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Damon Road in Stockton Springs. 

    Christopher Ray, 39, of Lincolnville, was arrested for violating conditions of release on Belfast Road in Lincolnville. 

    Nov. 10

    Latisha Cook, 25, of Searsport, was arrested for failure to appear and operating after suspension on Route 1A in Winterport. 

    Nov. 11

    Trevor Cannell, 26, of Northport, was arrested for unlawful possession of schedule W drugs on Poors Mill Road in Belfast and is also being held on a parole violation based on out-of-state charges.  

    Nov. 13

    Sara-Kate Leathers, 26, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Oak Hill Road in Swanville.
