Maine State Police Troop D blotter

    AUGUSTA — Maine State Police Troop D reported the following activity July 5-12. Troop D is responsible for Maine's Midcoast, including Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox counties, the southern half of Kennebec County and part of northern Cumberland County. The troop also patrols Interstate 295, from Brunswick to Gardiner. The troop's complement includes a lieutenant, three sergeants, 25 troopers, and a secretary. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

    July 6

    Raymond Miner, 33, of Knox, was arrested for failure to appear, operating after suspension and operating under the influence in Bangor. Bangor Police issued a Be On the Lookout alert for the vehicle being driven by Miner regarding an alleged hit and run, leading state troopers to locate the vehicle and Miner in Knox.

    July 7

    Melissa Keller, 37, of Montville, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on North Mountain Highway in Montville. 

    July 8

    Renee Cohen, 64, of Plymouth, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and attaching false plates on Moosehead Trail in Brooks. 

    July 9

    Nathan Hansell, 38, of Augusta, was arrested for operating under the influence, criminal speed, possession of schedule D drugs, and eluding an officer on Route 3 in Augusta. 

    July 10

    Nadine Heath, 54, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Route 9 in Dixmont.

    Brittany Heath, 28, of Dixmont, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release on Route 9 in Dixmont. 

    Casey Kimball, 41, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Townhouse Road in Chelsea. 

    July 11

    Michael Donovan, 25, of Bowdoinham, was arrested for assault. 

    Habeen Salim, 47, of Brockton, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on I-95 in West Gardiner.
