AUGUSTA — Maine State Police Troop D reported the following activity June 29 - July 5. Troop D is responsible for Maine's Midcoast, including Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox counties, the southern half of Kennebec County and part of northern Cumberland County. The troop also patrols Interstate 295, from Brunswick to Gardiner. The troop's complement includes a lieutenant, three sergeants, 25 troopers, and a secretary. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Paul Hodge, 54, of Chesapeake, Virginia, was arrested for possession of cocaine on Route 17 in Augusta.
Sebastian Moody-Dabney, 29, of Lewiston, was arrested for a probation violation on Route 17 in Augusta.
Casey Palmer, 28, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and failure to provide proof of insurance on Gordon Hill Road in Thorndike.
Zebediah Maker, 35, of Liberty, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on Roberts Shore Road in Liberty.
Cassandra Lucas, 28, of Liberty, was issued a summons for disorderly conduct on Roberts Shore Road in Liberty.
Maximillian Jacobs, 30, of Massachusetts, was issued a summons for criminal speed on I-295 in Richmond.
Tammy Pagliaroli, 49, of Freedom, was arrested for failure to appear.
Trooper Lauren Roddy and Sergeant Scott Quintero responded to the scene of a crash involving a commercial motor vehicle and a pedestrian on I-295 in Topsham. A 41-year-old Woolwich man was reportedly standing on the shoulder of the road securing items in his vehicle at the time he was struck. The commercial vehicle was being operated by a 42-year-old man from Waltham, Massachusetts. The victim was transported to Maine Medical Center with significant, life-threatening injuries. An investigation into the crash is ongoing. Troopers from Troop D, Troop K, and the Sagadahoc County Sheriff’s Department assisted on the scene, in addition to local rescue staff.
Edward Mylen, 62, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Moosehead Trail in Brooks.
Joshua Crabtree, 22, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered motor vehicle on Alexander Road in Dresden.
Dylan Carr, 24, of Burnham, was arrested on Main Street in Unity for failure to appear.
Andrew Truman, 25, of Chelsea, was issued summonses for attaching false plates, violating conditions of release, and failure to provide proof of insurance on Route 201 in Richmond.
Lily Crawford, 23, of China, was issued a summons for operating after suspension.
Clint Deming, 35, of Thomaston, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Route 3 in Palermo.
