Maine State Police Troop D blotter

AUGUSTA — Maine State Police Troop D reported the following activity May 11-17. Troop D is responsible for Maine's Midcoast, including Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox counties, the southern half of Kennebec County and part of northern Cumberland County. The troop also patrols Interstate 295, from Brunswick to Gardiner. The troop's complement includes a lieutenant, three sergeants, 25 troopers, and a secretary. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.  

May 11

Ethan Grant, 26, of Windsor, was arrested for theft of a firearm, possession of a firearm while prohibited and violating conditions of release in Augusta. 

Brandon Frappier, 25, of Oakland, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on I-295 in Richmond. 

May 12

John Parent, 26, of Hampden, was issued a summons for sale or possession of drug paraphernalia on I-395 in Bangor. 

Hailey Sawyer, 23, of Sebec, was issued a summons for sale or possession of drug paraphernalia on I-395 in Bangor.

Diane Fahey, 30, of New Hampshire, was issued a summons for possession of schedule W drugs on I-395 in Bangor. 

Christopher Allen, 41, of New Hampshire, was issued a summons for aggravated trafficking of schedule W drugs, possession of schedule W drugs, failure to provide correct name/date of birth, and sale or use of drug paraphernalia on I-395 in Bangor. 

Roger Plourde, 22, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1 in Waldoboro.

Zachary Abram, 26, of Randolph, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release, operating after suspension, and failure to provide proof of insurance in West Gardiner. 

Melinda Palmer, 35, of Palermo, was issued a summons for felony theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Route 3 in China. 

May 14

Ethan Sargent, 27, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit on Route 220 in Thorndike. 

Benjamin Nadeau, 38, was issued a summons for operating after suspension. 

Justin Lafountain, 31, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release. 

Leighton Beal, 22, of Friendship, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit on Route 17 in Friendship.

May 15

Austin Reed, 18, of Unity, was issued summonses for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit and attaching false plates on South Horseback Road in Burnham. 

Adam Reed, 20, of Unity, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit and operating without a license on South Horseback Road in Burnham. 

Adam Giggey, 42, of Waterville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on School Street in Unity. 

Cody King, 24, of Pittsfield, was issued a summons for speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit on South Horseback Road in Unity. 

May 16

Charles Henry, 30, of Morril, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating conditions of release on Route 139 in Brooks. 

John Oliva, 48, of Edmunds, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Route 7 in Brooks. 

Devon McPhail, 21, of Brunswick, was issued summonses for attaching false plates, operating after suspension, and violating conditions of release on Main Street in Richmond. 

William Bureau, 45, of Albion, was issued summonses for operating a defective vehicle, failing to stop at a stop sign, and failure to provide proof of insurance on Main Street in Albion.
