Maine State Police Troop D blotter

AUGUSTA — Maine State Police Troop D reported the following activity April 6-12. Troop D is responsible for Maine's Midcoast, including Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox counties, the southern half of Kennebec County and part of northern Cumberland County. The troop also patrols Interstate 295, from Brunswick to Gardiner. The troop's complement includes a lieutenant, three sergeants, 25 troopers and a secretary. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.

April 6

Jennifer Orne, 32, of Pittson, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and operating without a license in Randolph. 

April 7

Michaela Pilsbury, 25, of Palermo, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release in Palermo. 

April 10

Carolyn Tripp, 34, of Gardiner, was issued a summons for operating after license revoked on Route 27 in Pittson. Tripp’s vehicle was towed from the scene. 

April 11

Karen Owens, 42, of Windsor, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Nickerson Road in Windsor. 

Christopher Owens, 51, of Windsor, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and obstructing the report of a crime on Nickerson Road in Windsor. 

April 12

Scott Wallace, 45, of Richmond, was issued a summons for indecent conduct on Alexander Road in Richmond.
