AUGUSTA — Maine State Police Troop D reported the following activity March 2-21. Troop D is responsible for Maine's Midcoast, including Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox counties, the southern half of Kennebec County and part of northern Cumberland County. The troop also patrols Interstate 295, from Brunswick to Gardiner. The troop's complement includes a lieutenant, three sergeants, 25 troopers and a secretary. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.
Corporal Robinson and Trooper Bureau assisted the Maine Warden Service and other local police departments with the Special Olympics in Belfast at their annual swim meet.
Jasmine Jackson, 24, of West Gardiner, was issued a summons for violating conditions of release.
Tracy McGruder, 28, of Rochester, New York, was issued a summons for operating without a license in Augusta.
Roland Kennerson, 46, of West Gardiner, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on I-195 in West Gardiner.
Christian Cavallo, 47, of Greene, was arrested for domestic assault and obstructing the report of a crime.
Justin Pomeroy, 26, of Unity, was issued a summons for indecent conduct in Unity.
Gerald Burleigh, 43, of Benton, was arrested for operating under the influence on Benton Road in Benton.
Marcus Hemsley, 34, of Farmingdale, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle and failure to provide proof of insurance on Windsor Street in Randolph.
Jessie Hayes, 47, of Windsor, was issued summonses for operating under the influence, operating after suspension, and unauthorized use of property on Caswell Road in Windsor.
Kaleb Smith, 19, of Troy, was issued summonses for criminal speed (90 mph in a 55 mph zone) and possession of marijuana by a minor on Route 202 in Troy.
Jeff McLain, 63, of Newburgh, was issued a summons for criminal speed (86 mph in a 55 mph zone) on Route 202 in Dixmont.
Steven Diana, 31, of Gardiner, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on I-295 in Gardiner.
