Maine State Police Troop D blotter

AUGUSTA — Maine State Police Troop D reported the following activity Jan. 27 - Feb. 8. Troop D is responsible for Maine's Midcoast, including Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox counties, the southern half of Kennebec County and part of northern Cumberland County. The troop also patrols Interstate 295, from Brunswick to Gardiner. The troop's complement includes a lieutenant, three sergeants, 25 troopers and a secretary. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt.  

Jan. 27

Michael Whitney, 39, was issued a summons for operating after suspension. 

Stephen Larrabee, 40, of Prospect, was arrested for failure to appear and issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule Z drug, violating conditions of release, and use of drug paraphernalia. 

Jan. 28

Michael Babineau, 25, of Searsport, was issued summonses for violating conditions of release and possession of (150) hypodermic apparatuses. 

Nikole Powell, 31, of West Gardiner, was arrested for three counts of violating conditions of release and possession of a firearm by a felon. On Jan. 30, Powell was arrested for possession of cocaine and violating conditions of release.

Autumn McDonald, 26, of Searsport, was arrested for domestic violence assault. 

Feb. 1

Levar Green, 42, was arrested for domestic violence charges out of Kennebec County. 

Brooke Chase, 38, of Rockland, was issued a summons for operating with expired registration. 

Jennifer Beckwith Pierce, 37, was arrested for operating after suspension and possession of heroin/fentanyl. 

Feb. 2

Ashleigh Gibbs, 29, of Brooks, was arrested for operating after suspension, violating conditions of release, possession of hypodermic apparatus, and use of drug paraphernalia in Stockton Springs. 

Joshua Perry, 38, of Brooks, was arrested for unlawful furnishing of a scheduled drug, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, violating conditions of release, and use of drug paraphernalia. 

Damian Craven, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1 in Belfast. 

Morgan Mitchell, 33, of Belfast, was arrested for failure to appear. 

Feb. 4

Eric Shepley, 30, of Bangor, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license in excess of 90 days on I-295 in Gardiner. 

Cassidy Chadbourne, 20, of Madison, was issued summonses for operating without a license and failure to give the correct name. 

Feb. 5

Jimmy Self, 49, of Gardiner, was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal threatening on Lindsey Lane in Gardiner. 

Feb. 7

Norman Hightower, 39, of Swanville, was arrested for unpaid fines. 

Feb. 8

Gail Curtis, 35, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for failure to appear, trafficking of schedule W drugs (fentanyl), possession of scheduled drugs (methamphetamine), use and sale of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a child. 

Rodney Damon, 39, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for trafficking of schedule W drugs (fentanyl), possession of scheduled drugs (methamphetamine), use and sale of drug paraphernalia, and endangering the welfare of a child.
