Wildlife photographer Carla Skinder will showcase photos taken around Maine in an online webinar hosted by Merryspring Nature Center on Tuesday, January 18, at 12 p.m.
Mainers don’t have to go far beyond their backyards to find wildlife. In this presentation, photographer Carla Skinder will share photos of creatures of the land, air, and sea taken either on foot or by kayak from around Maine. This colorful and fun slideshow is the inaugural Tuesday Talk of the 2022 season, hosted by Merryspring Nature Center.
Skinder is an amateur wildlife photographer who has traveled the world capturing nature and doing extensive volunteer work. She is a retired nurse who has relocated to Midcoast Maine, where she resides with her dog Hannah. Skinder currently serves as President of the Board of Friends of Maine Coastal Islands.
This talk is part of the Online Winter Talk series at Merryspring Nature Center, sponsored by Allen Insurance & Financial.
