ROCKPORT — Knox County Retired Educators is having its first meeting of this year Wednesday, Sept. 13, at 11:30 a.m., in the Offshore Restaurant, in Rockport, on Route 1. 

Any retiree who worked with school children during their professional years is welcome to join the group. This includes teachers, ed techs, secretaries, bus drivers, principals, kitchen workers – anyone. 

“Hope to meet you soon,” said Knox County Retired Educators, in a news release.
