David Atwood, 52, of Rockport, two counts of refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, two counts, in Rockland Jan. 12, 2020, 60 days in jail; assault in Rockland Jan. 12, 2020, $300 fine, all suspended, 60 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Jan. 12, 2020, $400 fine, 60 days in jail; violating condition of release in Thomaston Jan. 24, 2020, 60 days in jail; trafficking in prison contraband in Warren Dec. 13, 2018, nine months in jail.

Francis D. Bowen, 48, of Rockland, allowing dog to be at large, two counts, in Rockland Sept. 16, 2021, $50 for each offense.

Winfried P. Cates, 48, of Rockland, burglary in Rockport March 25, 2021, one year in jail with all but 65 days suspended, probation one year, burglary of a motor vehicle, two counts, in Rockport March 25, 2021, 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockport March 25, 2021, 10 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts, in Rockport March 25, 2021, both dismissed.

Gerald Cushman, 52, of Port Clyde, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, on Matinicus July 22, 2021, $1,550 fine.

Brian R. Day, 40, of South Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, two counts, and forgery in Thomaston May 4, 2019, four years in jail with all but six months suspended, probation two years, $1,032.00 restitution.

Mark Defino III, 19, of Boothbay, criminal mischief in Rockland Nov. 11, 2020, $300 fine; assault in Thomaston Dec. 22, 2020, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Thomaston Dec. 22, 2020, $150 fine.

Steven N. Dodd, 56, of Warren, operating vehicle without license in Warren June 3, 2021, $150 fine.

Carlton Elliott, 32, of Augusta, operating after habitual offender revocation, 2 priors, in Rockland Sept. 2, 2020, $1000 fine.

Jessica Fairservice, 36, of Whitfield, forgery in Washington July 24, 2021, dismissed.

Japheth L. Scott, 22, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Warren Sept. 13, 2021, dismissed.

Zachary Thorbjornson, 34, of Warren, probation violation for original conviction of domestic violence assault, two counts, in Warren May 3, 2019, 364 days in jail all suspended, one year probation.
