Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from April 12-19.

    Jason Adams, 30, of Bowdoin, trafficking in prison contraband in Warren Aug. 30, 2018, dismissed; criminal conspiracy in Warren Aug. 30, 2018, 90 days in jail.

    Hannah Ames, 22, of Vinalhaven, domestic violence assault on Vinalhaven Jan. 15, 2020, dismissed; criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on Vinalhaven Jan. 15, 2020, $300 fine.

    Benjamin Burgess, 41, of Warren, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Warren May 27, 2020, $400 fine, three years in jail with all but three months suspended, probation two years.

    Stacey Valeda Marie Caron, 54, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Thomaston Oct. 22, 2019, $700 fine, 12 days in jail, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

    Ruth Crandall, 51, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Sept. 12, 2020, dismissed.

    Felipe Cruz, 54, of Manchester, domestic violence assault and obstructing report of a crime Jan. 1, 2020, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland Jan. 1, 2020, $150 fine.

    Henry F. Cygan, 76, of South Thomaston, violating protection from abuse order in South Thomaston March 7, 2020, $300 fine; violating condition of release and violating protection from abuse order in South Thomaston Nov. 7, 2020, $300 fine.

    Jasmine Dennis, 25, of Rockport, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland Nov. 13, 2020, $150 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Rockland Nov. 13, 2020, dismissed.

    Arthur Farnham, 44, of Vinalhaven, assault on Vinalhaven May 30, 2020, $300 fine.

    Robert D. Hamilton, 40, of Warren, domestic violence assault in Warren Feb. 17, 2020, dismissed; assault in Warren Feb. 17, 2020, $300 fine.

    George S. Hardt, 70, of South Thomaston, criminal trespass in South Thomaston April 20, 2020, dismissed.

    Anthony Hooper, 42, of Tenants Harbor, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, in St. George Jan. 22, 2021, $750 fine.

    Nicholas Charles McAuliffe, 23, of Vinalhaven, criminal trespass in Rockland Aug. 10, 2019, dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol) and violating condition of release in Rockland Jan. 27, 2020, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland Jan. 27, 2020, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Ronald Mole, 62, of Washington, domestic violence terrorizing and violating condition of release in Washington Sept. 6, 2019, both dismissed.

    Ronald J. Nelson, 64, of Warren, domestic violence assault in Cushing Oct. 25, 2020, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Cushing Oct. 25, 2020, $250 fine.

    Carmen L. Olan, 42, of Owls Head, criminal threatening, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, offensive words and gestures, all in Rockland Oct. 12, 2019, $250 fine; refusing to sign criminal summons in Rockland Oct. 12, 2019, dismissed; criminal mischief in Rockland Nov. 1, 2019, dismissed.

    Philip Postiglione, 28, of Rockport, domestic violence assault in Thomaston Sept. 27, 2019, dismissed.

    Anthony Quintal, 53, of Union, failure to give correct name, address or date of birth and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, all in Rockland Nov. 8, 2019, all dismissed; disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise in Rockland Nov. 8, 2019, $100 fine.

    Ramza Trakosevic, 38, of Camden, operating while license suspended or revoked in Union Nov. 15, 2020, $250 fine.

    Troy Trout, 44, of Rockland, harassment by telephone in Owls Head Oct. 4, 2018, 30 days in jail.

    Joshua Underdown, 19, of Owls Head, attaching false plates in Rockport Dec. 11, 2019, dismissed.

    Megan Villemont, 36, of Barrington, N.H., operating under the influence (alcohol) Rockland Feb. 29, 2020, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days.

    Colton T. Watt, 24, of Vinalhaven, domestic violence assault on Vinalhaven Dec. 7, 2019, 180 days in jail all suspended, probation one year, $90 restitution; criminal mischief and violating condition of release on Vinalhaven Dec. 7, 2019, both unconditional discharge.

    Galen Weaver, 60, of St. George, assault in Rockland March 14, 2020, $300 fine, 10 days in jail.

    Wesley E. Winchenbach, 43, of Waldoboro, assault in Friendship Oct. 23, 2020, $300 fine, 14 days in jail.

    Freeman Woodcock, 46, of South Thomaston, assault and reckless conduct in South Thomaston April 30, 2020, both dismissed.

    Darreyl A. Wright, 43, of Union, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles per hour over the speed limit in Union May 15, 2020, $400 fine.
