    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from June 15-26.

    Brett Burnside, 33, of Washington, assault in Washington March 17, 2019, dismissed.

    Stephen C. Powers, 50, of Appleton, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Appleton Oct. 28, 2018, dismissed; driving to endanger in Appleton Oct. 28, 2018, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Nile Recchia, 44, of Camden, probation violation for original conviction of operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Rockland Oct. 19, 2019, 135 days in jail, probation partially revoked; probation violation for original conviction of unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Oct. 19, 2019, 135 days in jail, probation partially revoked; operating under the influence (alcohol), two priors, in Rockland April 29, 2020, dismissed; operating after registration suspended in Rockland April 29, 2020, dismissed; operating while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence) in Rockland April 29, 2020, $600 fine, seven days in jail, license suspended one year; operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Rockland April 29, 2020, $700 fine, 364 days in jail with all but 14 days suspended.

    Henry Dale Thompson Jr, 54, of Friendship, operating vehicle without license in Cushing April 8, 2020, $150 fine.

    Michael Underhill, 33, of Camden, terrorizing in Rockland March 15, 2020, dismissed; harassment by telephone in Rockland March 15, 2020, dismissed; false public alarm or report in Rockland March 15, 2020, dismissed.

    Evan C. West, 21, of Liberty, aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs in Hope Dec. 30, 2019, dismissed.

    MacKenzie C.J. Whitehill, 23, of Friendship, reckless conduct in Friendship Feb. 1, 2019, dismissed.
