    Kyle Clough, 28, of Port Clyde, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum in Port Clyde Aug. 26, 2019, $800 fine.

    Nicholas S. Cormier, 23, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Nov. 27, 2019, $250 fine; attaching false plates in Rockland Nov. 27, 2019, dismissed.

    Lily M. Crawford, 22, of China, operating while license suspended or revoked in Washington Dec. 3, 2019, $250 fine.

    Deven S. Dupuis, 20, of Waldoboro, failing to make oral or written accident report in St. George Nov. 27, 2019, $150 fine; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in St. George Nov. 27, 2019, $150 fine.

    Steven A. Lowe, 43, of Waldoboro, violating protection from abuse order in Thomaston Nov. 15, 2019, $250 fine.

    Donald E. Pomelow III, 41, of Rockland, attaching false plates in Friendship Nov. 19, 2019, $150 fine; failure to register vehicle in Friendship Nov. 19, 2019, $150 fine.

    Shawn L. Simmons, 43, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Sept. 16, 2019, $250 fine.
