Knox County Criminal Docket closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Sept. 3-6.

    Raymond C. Athearn, 89, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions in Rockland Nov. 30, 2017, $100 fine.

    Kelsey J. Barker, 40, of Vinalhaven, disorderly conduct, fighting on Vinalhaven June 22, 2019, dismissed.

    Brian K. Bolyard, 23, of Warren, robbery in Warren Dec. 5, 2017, dismissed; aggravated assault in Warren Dec. 5, 2017, 15 months in prison.

    Bolyard was indicted by the Knox County grand jury in Nov. 2018 for aggravated assault against another inmate at the Maine State Prison.

    Gregorio Dario Diaz, 39, of Bangor, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs in Thomaston May 15, 2018, $400 fine, $400 fine suspended, five years in prison; aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs and violating condition of release in Thomaston May 15, 2018, both dismissed.

    Diaz was convicted by the Knox County grand jury in July 2018 for two counts of aggravated trafficking in cocaine and fentanyl and violating condition of release.

    Nina Scott Hansen, 63, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Oct. 15, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Rockland Oct. 15, 2018, 48 hours in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Aug. 18, 2019, $300 fine.

    Anthony L. Hooper, 40, of St. George, operating under the influence, priors, in Thomaston Oct. 21, 2018, $1400 fine, two years in jail with all but 90 days suspended, probation two years, license suspended six years.

    Amos A. Robbins, 39, of Rockland, criminal trespass in Rockland Nov. 18, 2018, 21 days in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures in Rockland Nov. 18, 2018, 21 days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force in Rockland Nov. 18, 2018, 21 days in jail; violating condition of release, two counts, in Rockland July 30, 2019, 21 days in jail.

    Daniel Street, 26, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Rockland Aug. 31, 2019, seven days in jail.
