    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Jan. 28-Feb. 1.

    Jacob Adkins, 18, of Warren, minor consuming liquor in Warren Dec. 4, $200 fine; possession of marijuana under 21 years of age in Warren Dec. 4, $350 fine.

    James S. Barth, Jr., 52, of Warren, domestic violence assault in Warren Dec. 8, 270 days in jail with all but 54 days suspended, probation two years; domestic violence criminal threatening in Warren Dec. 8, 30 days in jail; criminal mischief in Warren Dec. 8, 30 days in jail; operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Warren Dec. 8, $700 fine, 270 days in jail with all but 54 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years; failing to stop for an officer in Warren Dec. 8, 30 days in jail; operating vehicle without license, dismissed.

    Charles Burgess, 66, of Union, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger in Thomaston Oct. 16, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Jonathan Burns, 65, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland May 19, 2016, $750 fine, license suspended 150 days; operating vehicle without license-conditions/restrictions, dismissed.

    Jeffrey H. Dorr, Jr., 38, of South Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, in Rockland June 22, 2016, 30 days in jail.

    Stephen Frederick Faulcon, 60, of Thomaston, operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, in Cushing Aug. 10, $1000 fine, 11 months in jail; violating condition of release in Cushing Aug. 10, 90 days in jail.

    Joshua Glidden, 34, of Nobleboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, in Rockland Dec. 16, six months in jail, restitution $78.98; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug in Friendship July 27, 2017, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Zachariah Harvey, 25, of Camden, failing to make oral or written accident report, dismissed.

    Hailey Harwood, 25, of Vinalhaven, operating vehicle while license suspended or revoked on Vinalhaven Oct. 31, $250 fine.

    Vincent Hilt, 24, of Vinalhaven, failing to make oral or written accident report in Warren Oct. 16, 30 days in jail.

    Ian T. Hopkins, 28, of North Haven, aggravated criminal mischief on North Haven, dismissed; operating under the influence (alcohol) on North Haven Jan. 31, $500 fine, 364 days in jail with all but four days suspended, probation one year, license suspended 150 days; criminal mischief on North Haven Sept. 15, four days  in jail.

    Carrie J. Joy, 34, of Bucksport, negotiating a worthless instrument in Rockland Feb, 14, 2017, $250 fine.

    Patrick A. Kelly, 54, of Rockport, allowing dog to be at large in Rockport Dec. 13, $50 fine.

    Jennifer Kunn, 29, of Hope, possession of hypodermic apparatuses in Rockland Oct. 4, $250 fine.

    Taylor D. MacNeil, 26, of Warren, operating under the influence (alcohol), one prior, in Thomaston Oct. 26, $700 fine, 367 days in jail with all but 10 days suspended, probation one year, license suspended three years, registration suspended.

    Clara Malmstrom, 43, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Rockland Aug. 18, six days in jail.

    Peter McClure, 51, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked in St. George Nov. 27, $500 fine.

    David I. McDonald, 61, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place in Rockland Oct. 20, $250 fine.

    Shane Marshall Palmer, 29, of Gorham, assault on an officer in Warren May 12, six months in prison.

    Christopher R. Rogers, Jr., 39, of Hope, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Camden April 15, 2017, $400 fine, 364 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

    Chloe H. Squibb, 28, of Camden, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

    Julie A. Thiessen, 59, of Camden, passing stopped school bus in Rockport Dec. 1, $250 fine.

    Leeann Thivierge, 40, of Appleton, operating while license suspended or revoked in Rockland Dec. 6, $250 fine.

    Melanie R. Vangel, 33,  of Lincolnville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Dec. 15, 2017, 85 days in jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Dec. 15, 2017, 85 days in jail.
