ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Oct. 1-5.

Cynthia Cunningham, 66, of Hope, violating protection from abuse order and violating condition of release in Hope Oct. 1, 48 hours in jail; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures on Sept. 30, in Hope, unconditional discharge.

Raheem A. James, 24, of Rockland, unlawful sexual touching, acquitted; domestic violence assault, acquitted.

Adam J. Johnson, 37, of Long Beach, N.J., operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland March 16, 2017, $1000 fine, 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.
