Knox County Criminal Docket, closed cases

    ROCKLAND — The following cases were closed in Knox County Unified Court from Sept. 3-14.

    Nicholas A. Baudanza, 28, of Owls Head, driving to endanger, $575 fine; three days in jai, license suspended 30 days.

    Dean L. Berce, 26, of Gardiner, domestic violence assault, 21 days in jail.

    Buddy L. Bradstreet, 28, of Belfast, wash, hold or keep shellfish in closed area, prior, $500 fine.

    Adam W. Carlson, 38, of Rockport, operating under the influence (alcohol), dismissed; driving to endanger, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Robert Colpritt III, 21, of Warren, attaching false plates, $150 fine; failure to register vehicle, dismissed.

    James W. Connon, 37, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine; license suspended 150 days.

    Jacob A. Emerson Dare, 24, of Rockport, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine; terrorizing, $250 fine.

    Nicholas Dodd, 18, of Thomaston, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine; criminal trespass, $250 fine.

    Travis M. Doughty, 35, of Cushing, class III lobster and class fishing without license, $500 fine.

    William J. Eustis, 30, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

    Roger A. Feltis, 26, of Waldoboro, fish for or take shellfish from closed area, prior, $500 fine.

    Robbie Flint, 21, of Waldoboro, criminal mischief, 48 hours in jail; obstructing report of a crime, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence assault, dismissed.

    Carl B. Gross, 32, of Vinalhaven, domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation one year; reckless conduct, 364 days in jail with all but 45 days suspended, probation one year; operating watercraft to endanger, 45 days in jail; violating condition of release, 45 days in jail. 

    Gross pleaded guilty in Sept. 2017 to reckless conduct and operating a watercraft to endanger. The state and defense agreed to a deferred disposition for one year if he met the conditions of the agreement including refraining from additional criminal conduct during the next year, pay $350 in restitution, and have counseling.

    Gross will begin serving his sentence on Feb. 1, 2019.

    Gross is accused of using his lobster boat on Nov. 30, 2016, to threaten two men by trying to ram the skiff they were in. The lobster boat made contact with the skiff, but the fisherman were able to get off the skiff and onto some floats.

    Alex T. Hans, 33, of Rockland, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $250 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $250 fine.

    Aaron J. Heald, 40, of Cushing, motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over the speed limit, $500 fine.

    Mark R. Jalbert, 47, of Mystic, Conn., operating under the influence, dismissed; driving to endanger, $750 fine, license suspended 30 days.

    Joshua J. Johnson, 25, of Rockland, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.

    Samuel Lash, 32, of Friendship, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, $750 fine; raising of hauling traps during closed period, $250 fine.

    Patrick McDonough, 33, of Hollis, probation violation for original conviction of trafficking in prison contraband, 25 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

    Norman McGrail, 53, of Windsor, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    John H. Millett, 48, of Gorham, fishing without valid license, $100 fine.

    Ronald Mole, 59, of Washington, night hunting, dismissed; place to entice deer, dismissed; discharge firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $1000 fine.

    Brandon G. Nichols, 29, of Damariscotta, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine; license suspended 150 days.

    Robert N. Pagano Jr., 18, of Rockland, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Rosa Lee Philbrook, 59, of St. George, operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.

    Trevor Polk, 31, of Cushing, domestic violence terrorizing, 60 days in jail all suspended, probation one year.

    Jennifer R. Porter, 41, of Warren, violating condition of relase, 48 hours in jail; domestic violence assault, 364 days in jail with all but 19 days suspended, probation one year.

    Duston Reed, 36, of Friendship, wholesaling seafood without license, $500 fine.

    Sheila A. Rivera, 46, of Rockand, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, two counts, dismissed; unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, four years in jail with all but 18 months suspended, probation three years,

    Michael T. Robillard, 31, of Manchester, N.H., violating protection from abuse order, 48 hours in jail.

    Michael F. Robinson, 58, of Rockland, driving to endanger, dismissed; failure to stop, remain, provide information, $800 fine.

    Judy A. Roscoe, 61, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine; 72 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days.

    Karen M. Rowe, 54, of Randolph, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 75 days in jail, $20 restitution.

    Philip L. Seekins, 22, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine, 60 days in jail, license suspended 150 days; driving to endanger, $575 fine, 60 days in jail, license suspended 30 days, failing to stop for an officer; violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail.

    Russell Soper, 61, of Chelsea, operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine; license suspended 150 days.

    Terrence S. Thurston, 52, of Warren, criminal threatening, 14 day sin jail; terrorizing, dismissed.

    Edward L. Vandyke III, 22, of Rockland, criminal mischief, dimissed; criminal threatening, 21 days in jail; terrorizing, 21 days in jail; assault, $300 fine.

    Randy L. Wall Sr., 56, of South Thomaston, possessing lobster beyond minimum or maximum, $2400 fine.

    Rosanna Y. Wang, 48, of Rockland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine; operating under the influence (alcohol), $500 fine; 48 hours in jail, license suspended 150 days; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

    Beverly Weber, 64, of North Haven, assault, two counts $300 fine; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $250 fine; refusing to sign criminal summons, $250 fine.

    Barry A. Widdecomb, 43, of Rockport, operating vehicle while license or suspended or revoked, dismissed; failure to register vehicle, $300 fine.

    Jason Winchenbach, 31, of Waldoboro, violating condition of release, seven days in jail.

    Wilfred D. York, 52, of Vinalhaven, tag system penalties, $1600 fine.

    Kelby Gene Young, 28, of Chelsea, failure to register vehicle, dismissed.
