CAMDEN — Juston McKinney, York County sheriff deputy turned standup comic, will perform Saturday, Jan. 31, at 7:30 p.m., at the Camden Opera House, 29 Elm St./Route 1.
No-fee tickets to the general admission show are $20 in advance, $25 day of show, at camdenoperahouse.com; by calling 236-3154; weekdays at Camden Town Office 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; and at the box office one hour before show time.
Three “Tonight Show” appearances and half a dozen Comedy Central shows followed McKinney’s turning in his badge. His hilarious observations on 21st -century living and parenting earned him an appearance with Amy Schumer, according to the Opera House, in a news release.
McKinney also performed in the “Comics Come Home” Cam Neely Foundation fundraiser at TD Garden with Denis Leary and Jimmy Fallon, as well as Showtime’s “Unsportsmanlike Comedy,” hosted by Rob Gronkowski; and two Amazon Prime specials.
