The Midcoast Babe Ruth Baseball League was back in action across the Midcoast on Wednesday, July 3. 

Two games were on the schedule in the Midcoast with the regular season schedule for the Midcoast Babe Ruth League now completed.

One of the games, featuring Damariscotta Lions and Newcastle, was completion of the suspended June 27 contest, which was suspended due to darkness in the sixth inning with Damariscotta Lions holding an 11-9 advantage.
