The Midcoast Babe Ruth Baseball League was back in action across the Midcoast on Tuesday, July 2. 

Only one game was on the schedule in the Midcoast and only two games remain on the regular season schedule for the Midcoast Babe Ruth League. 

Union Farm Equipment will travel to Newcastle to challenge the Damariscotta Lions on Wednesday, July 3 at 3 p.m.

Following that contest, at roughly 5:30 p.m., the Damariscotta Lions will conclude its partially-complete June 27 contest against Newcastle. 

The Damariscotta Lions hold an 11-9 advantage in the sixth inning for the June 27 contest suspended due to darkness.
