Hike-the-Guide: Full Hunter’s Moon Hike, Belfast Rail Trail
BELFAST — Join Coastal Mountains Land Trust staff member Jackie Stratton for the monthly Hike-the-Guide outing, Wednesday, Oct. 24, from 5:45 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
Meet at the parking lot at the midway point on the Belfast Rail Trail in Belfast on City Point Road, near the former upper bridge.
The full-hunter’s-moon hike will be approximately 1.5-miles round trip and is open to all ages and abilities.
Bring a flashlight, and organizers will provide a hot drink and some acoustic music for the moonrise.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to register for this free event and so that organizers can contact you if the hike is cancelled due to inclement weather.
Directions: From Belfast, take High Street out of town over Route One, the parking area will be 0.7 miles on the right past Route One.
