BELFAST — Monday, March 20, from 3 - 3:30 p.m., or 4 - 4:30 p.m., drop in at the Abbott Room of the Belfast Free Library, 106 High Street, Belfast to fold origami cranes with Chrissy Munroe.
Japanese legend says the folding of 1000 paper cranes makes a wish come true.
“Help us to complete 1000 paper cranes with a wish for peace in Ukraine,” said Belfast Free Library, in a news release. “After the 20th, you will find two folding stations in the library on the first and second floor to reach our goal of 1000 cranes created during regular library hours.”
This event is free and open to the public.
