ROCKLAND — Rockland Public Library will host an afternoon talk, “Sleep Your Way to Better Health,” on Thursday, Feb. 27, at 2 p.m.
Join Hester Kohl, a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Deb Peabody, a family physician, to learn about the latest research on sleep.
Among the topics covered will be the affect sleep can have on your metabolism, immune system, and the health of the brain.
Kohl and Peabody will offer tips to identify what might be keeping you from sleeping well and go over daily habits that have the potential to encourage deep and restful sleep.
The program is free and open to the public.
The Library is located at 80 Union Street.
