HOPE — Have you considered what life-sustaining treatment you would or would not want in the event of a life threatening emergency?
Advance Directives and Advance Care Planning will be the topic for a talk at the Hope Library on Wednesday, October 16, at 6:30 p.m.
Have you identified an agent whom you trust to act on your behalf? Have you prepared an advance directive and discussed your preferences with your family and your doctor?
These issues and more will be addressed by Jane Conrad, a retired lawyer, healthcare advocate and MaineHealth volunteer, at the Hope Library.
This event is free and open to the public.
