The Friends of Music Concert Series, an outreach program of The First Congregational Church of Camden, will present Gail Archer, organist, for a virtual concert that will premiere on YouTube, Sunday, April 18, at 4 p.m.
As a concert organist, Gail Archer has performed and recorded all over the world. She is on the faculty at Vassar, Barnard, and Columbia, and will share masterworks by Bach, Brahms, Boulanger and several contemporary composers performed on a beautiful Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ.
Because the First Congregational Church has been operating virtually during the COVID pandemic, this concert is being recorded especially for the Friends of Music Series. The presentation will be shared virtually on Youtube, accessible via a unique link that will be posted to the church’s Facebook page on the afternoon of April 18.
