Free online class: Take a Break with Guided Meditation

Making time in your day to recharge and relieve stress is important for your well-being and can be as simple as tuning in for a virtual class called Take a Break with Guided Meditation, according to Journey to Health, in a news release.

This free online class will be offered on two Mondays, July 13 and 20, from noon to 12:30 p.m.
 
Find a quiet spot and sign in for as much of this quick meditation break as you can. The class will begin with a 20 minute guided meditation, followed by 5 minutes of silent meditation.
