Event has passed

Many believe that falls are inevitable as we get older. That doesn’t have to be the case, according to Journey to Health, in a news release. Building balance and strength are essential to preventing falls and maintaining your independence.

Join personal trainer Rachael McCormick and certified A Matter of Balance facilitator Megan Day to learn exercises and easy changes you can implement at home to decrease your chances of falling.

The class will convene online, Wednesday, July 8, from 2 to 3 p.m.

This class is free but space is limited so pre-registration is required in order to gain virtual access. Please visit journeytohealth.coursestorm.com or call 301-3950 to register.
