BELFAST — Fun and fashion. Fashionistas, artists, interested and interesting humans, along with The Belfast Creative Coalition, will gather, Monday, Feb. 3, at 6:30 p.m., at the Colonial Theatre for a free showing of a documentary about an American original.
The film features “the wonderfully talented and eccentric Bill Cunningham – a man who went from making marvelous hats to documenting delightful dresses and the always entertaining Seen On The Street trends that influenced what we all wear, not only in NYC, but throughout the country, and eventually to become embedded in major fashion capitals throughout the world,” said Belfast Creative Coalition, in a news release.
Bill Cunningham New York is lively, highly entertaining and brimming with eccentricity, art and humor, according to the Coalition.
There is no charge for this event and there will be no concessions. Bring your own popcorn and wear your best hat. BYOP.
