Rockland Main Street, Inc. invites all job seekers to its 4th annual Spring Hiring Fair. The event will be held 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, at Mid-Coast School of Technology, 1 Main Street (Route 73) in Rockland. The Spring Hiring Fair will take place directly before the school’s Regional College and Career Night.
Fifty Midcoast businesses and organizations will attend, offering hundreds of jobs. A wide variety of positions — full-time, part-time, year-round, and seasonal – will be available.
The Spring Hiring Fair is free for job seekers and open to everyone. Veterans, retirees, workers from the justice system, young people, and students are strongly encouraged to attend. People re-entering the workforce are always welcome. Dress for success! Expect to fill out applications and participate in on-the-spot interviews. Take a pen, your resume, and a list of references.
The Spring Hiring Fair would not be possible without the generous support of sponsors who include Ardiah Managed Services, Penobscot Bay Regional Chamber of Commerce, Philbrook & Associates, SS&C Technologies, and Wallace Events.
Planning partners are the Maine Department of Labor - Rockland Career Center and the School to Career Coordinators of Oceanside, Camden Hills, and Medomak Valley high schools. We are grateful for support from Mid-Coast School of Technology, Goodwill NNE Jobs & Workforce Solutions, and the City of Rockland.
