Faulkingham, Ripley recognized by New England Collegiate Conference for athletic achievements

MANSFIELD, Mass. — Collegiate field hockey players Kelci Faulkingham (Thomas College) and Shannon Ripley (Husson University) have been recognized by the New England Collegiate Conference for their athletic accomplishments this season. 

Both players were named to the all-conference first team. 

Faulkingham, a senior midfielder and 2016 Belfast Area High School graduate, has appeared and started in 18 contests for the Terriers.

She recorded nine goals, eight assists and 26 points, and was also named Offensive Player of the Week once. 

Ripley, a junior defender and 2017 graduate of Oceanside High School, has appeared in 16 games for the Eagles, starting in 12 contests.
