UNION — Maine AgrAbility will demonstrate the ergonomics of gardening, Friday, May 24, from 3 to 6 p.m., at the Union Farmers Market on the Union Common.
Demonstrations will focus on useful garden tools and ergonomic techniques, including how to bend and lift safely.
Maine AgrAbility, a program of University of Maine Cooperative Extension, teaches farmers and gardeners about tools and techniques to promote health, safety and injury prevention.
