ROCKLAND — Destination Wellness and Rockland Public Library present Discover Your Personal Compass Rose, a talk by Kathrin Gabriel-Jones, on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at 6 p.m.
“There’s a lot going on in the world right now,” said the Library, in a news release. “Sometimes it can be hard to distinguish our own voices in the midst of this, and it may be difficult to find, much less walk, our own paths.”
Join Kathrin Gabriel-Jones to discover how individuals might reclaim their voices and their experiences using a Personal Compass Rose to orient to their own perspective.
“We can rekindle a sense of space in our lives, and remember that the landscape of our lives is more than the lawn society gives us,” said the Library.
As an encouragement coach, Gabriel-Jones brings 30 years of experience in healthcare, education, leadership, and creativity to help people explore their internal landscape and advocate for their own lives. She is a certified professional coach.
The program is free and open to the public.
The Library is located at 80 Union Street.
